About Outdoor Nation

Outdoor Nation is a program by The Outdoor Foundation with the mission of reconnecting millennials to the outdoors. They host summits around the country, award grants for outstanding project ideas, lead outdoor outings, work with youth, and connect with others outdoor enthusiasts - all in an effort to mobilize a movement to get our generation outside.

On of their signature events, the Campus Challenge, is kicking off in May! The Outdoor Nation Campus Challenge will engage colleges and universities in a 6 week competition – rewarding those schools with the most outdoor activities logged by the most people in their campus network (students, faculty, alumni and local community). During the Challenge, participants will upload their activities on Outdoor Nation’s online platform -- allowing participants and schools to view leaderboards and their competition standings.
