1. Tell us a bit about your h
My Hometown is Grand Rapids, MI. My neighborhood is East Hills Neighborhood. I insist on bringing guests to Uptown (East Hills, Eastown, and Midtown) for local restaurants and shopping.
2. Where is your favorite place to take your Po Campo?
I bring my current po campo bag everywhere by bike especially the one that fits my handlebars in the front.
3. A favorite tip (or two) about how you incorporate mindfulness and healthy habits into your daily life?
I find my best mindfulness comes from listening to my favorite music in the morning, a light breakfast, remembering to laugh once a day and a casual glass of wine or craft beer with friends.
4. A suggestion for women who are interested in biking but have safety concerns?
Always put your headphones while biking in a safe place so that they can not be distracting while riding. I love using my po campo bag for any small items while riding.
5. Secrets for managing helmet hair?
I have natural hair Afro and braids, make sure to get a helmet one size larger if you like changing hairstyles.
6. Favorite biking memory?
All of them but riding in Traverse City Michigan Sleeping Bear Dunes.
7. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or dead) who would it be, and why?
Wow this is tricky. Lenny Lravitz is 1st then Khal Drogo from Game of Thrones.
8. If you could be amazing at playing any one instrument, which would you pick?
Electric Guitar
9. If you could wake up fluent in any language, which would it be?
Italian
10. What song do you always sing when you sing karaoke?
