1. Tell us a bit about your hometown. Where do you insist on taking out of town guests?

My hometown is the best home! We started off as a quiet, sleepy southern town. Now it is one of the most talked about emerging cities in the nation. Our manufacturing industry has really taken off, with companies moving here and dozens of small businesses cropping up. The must see place here is Falls Park! That is where my picture was taken :)

2. Where is your favorite place to take your Po Campo?

On the trail! It is so convenient to have a stylish place to put my keys, some cash for water or a snack, and my phone. I don't usually need to carry a backpack at all.

3. A favorite tip (or two) about how you incorporate mindfulness and healthy habits into your daily life?

I think it's important to listen to your body. I get so busy that sometimes my body will simply tell me, "We need a ride. We need to get outside." I always feel much better after that hour or two I spend alone with my thoughts.

4. A suggestion for women who are interested in biking but have safety concerns?

I think you have to investigate the spaces in your town. My town has become a biking city so it was easy to figure out where to go. You also have to be mindful of how early or late you venture out so that there are other people around. I always mean to keep my mace with me but I forget. Another use for my Po Campo!

5. Secrets for managing helmet hair?

An adorable ponytail and a bandana :)

6. Favorite biking memory?

A friend of mine biked from one city to another. It was 24 miles round trip (my longest ride to date), and I was exhausted after, but we had a blast exploring along the trail.

7. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or dead) who would it be, and why?

Drake :) Because I love him and he should marry me!

8. If you could be amazing at playing any one instrument, which would you pick?

The harp! It is as beautiful looking as it sounds.

9. If you could wake up fluent in any language, which would it be?

Spanish, hands down. I'm working on it though.

10. What song do you always sing when you sing karaoke?

People still do karaoke?
