How do I return/exchange?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
- We currently don't offer exchanges, however you can return your item for a store credit to purchase your preferred item.
What items are returnable?
Qualifying items purcahsed from November 1st 2025 through December 31 2025 can be returned upto January 31st, 2026.
All eligible returns must meet the below conditions:
- They must be in original condition and unused.*
- Must have tags attached.
*Clearance sale items, free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
Are there any charges for return?
- Po Campo does not offer free returns. All return shipping charges are covered by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
